Tudor Grange Initial Teacher Training programme fees are £9,790 for one year.

If you want to use a tuition fee loan, Student Finance will organise payment throughout the course when they have approved your application.

If you plan to pay the fees yourself, you will be invoiced in full at the beginning of the course (although three termly instalments can be requested).

Although there are no other fees, you will need to be able to cover your travel costs to placement schools and your living costs.

Graduates with a 2:1 and above, who are passionate about their subject and have the potential to be inspirational teachers can apply for a scholarship.

Trainees with a 2:2 may be awarded a scholarship in exceptional circumstances, if they have significant relevant experience.

Trainees awarded a scholarship cannot also receive a bursary.

Bursaries are available to trainees on tuition fee-based teacher training courses, such as the programmes offered by Tudor Grange SCITT, in England that lead to the award of qualified teacher status (QTS).

Receiving a bursary or scholarship depends on:

• highest relevant academic award
• ITT subject

Trainees are only eligible for a bursary or scholarship if they’re entitled to support under the student finance criteria. Trainees from the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland should read Studying in the UK: guidance for EU students.

Applicants may be eligible for a bursary if they have a 1st, 2.1 or 2.2, or if they hold Master’s or PhD.
