Tudor Grange Teaching School Hub works to attract, develop and retain the best teaching practitioners and education leaders across the WM4 region. Through the implementation of research-based initiatives and programmes, we aim to improve and raise teaching standards for new teachers entering the profession and support existing professionals develop further in their careers. Achieving these goals will contribute to schools within the WM4 region improving outcomes and life chances for the young people in their care.
