Thank you to everyone for their engagement, support and participation in the early career framework programme this term.

We are happy to be offering 22 events in January for a range of ECTs and Mentors across 6 different cohorts. You can find a list of all of these events alongside other information on our Spring induction tutor bulletin here:  https://teachingschool.tgacademy.org.uk/files/2023/11/Induction-Tutor-updated.pdf
We are trialling a new format for our regional conference events and delighted that these will be taking place in school environments and with smaller numbers to ensure more bespoke provision and more active participation. All participants are able to sign up for their relevant event now on the online platform here:  https://ecf.eddevtrust.com/calendar/view.php
We have a final deadline of Friday 22 December for all ECTs and Mentors to complete their relevant block learning.

I am grateful for your support in supporting this in your schools.

 Initial Teacher Training: Steve Dixon

As we head towards the Christmas break, we just want to share our appreciation for all those we have worked with over this term: your dedication and commitment to supporting the next generation of teachers into the profession really does make a difference.
After Christmas, the training experience will shift to a period of broader school experience. This is intended to provide all trainees with a deeper understanding of the education sector, with experiences in different phases, year groups and specialised provision. We have received many generous offers from schools keen to offer these experiences - if this is something you would like become involved in, please contact us using this form: https://forms.office.com/e/3UyGZWnnDi
Further recruitment events will be happening in the new year, so please keep an eye out through the usual channels for any that may be of interest to your family, friends and colleagues. For any general enquiries about teacher training, please contact us using this link: https://forms.office.com/e/2g0icdHgmj
We hope you have an enjoyable and restful break, and look forward to connecting with you again in the new year.

Steve
